TSS is a Service Company offering technical knowledge and experience to meet your Computer, Network, Software, and other engineering support needs.  We have over 30 years experience working with both large and small computer systems in both government and commercial applications. Our agents have the ability to help you in the home, office, or at your customer sites (On the streets). We have a diverse team to share the work and talents in order to provide you the assistance you need. 

We offer that assistance at an lower, more affordable rate.  The rate will vary based on how much time you need our support for.  We have rates for “one-time-visits”  and for longer term “retainer” service.  Retainer contracts can be monthly, or annually depending on your needs.  As you would expect, longer terms have lower rates.

Our intent is to establish a long term relationship with you to provide the type of support you would expect if you had someone there full time. This will allow us to dedicate the “dead time” between tasking to satisfy other customer needs.  You get help when you need it at lower the costs by sharing the resource across several customers.
